Building plot for sale land 520 m²

City Council Prostějov declared its intention to sell the other five building sites in Jiří Štaidl Street in Lozce in the form of an envelope method. It is one of the few urban plots designed for housing, with the town choosing to offer them to the citizens and thus contributing to the further development of the city. The total is six separate building plots, four of which are intended to build four separate family houses and two for the construction of two terraced houses called twin houses. According to the current expert opinion, the usual price was set by the expert at CZK 4,800 including VAT per m2 for four parcels for separate houses and CZK 4,100 including VAT per m2 for two parcels for double houses. This price determined by the expert shall be the minimum purchase price. A transparent form of the envelope method is chosen. Future residential construction on sold land has a contract to provide free communication connection to adjacent private communications and the free location of connections to civil engineering networks in the neighbouring land of private owners. Any serious interested parties for the sale offered must, when submitting the offer, count on the obligation to deposit a deposit by the city. The detailed terms of the sale are set out in the notice of the announcement of the project published on the official record of the City of Prostějov.
