Building plot for sale land 979 m²

Start of 2. ETAPA SALES - COMPLETELY RELATED BUILDING PARTS AT THE GRAND After the successful start of the sale of the first stage, in which a number of plots have quickly found their new owners, we are launching the 2nd phase of the Vrba Residence project - the location of JOH. The offer includes completely sewn-up building plots with areas of approximately 936 to 1172 m². With 6 selected plots, the building permit has already been completed, which will significantly simplify the future owners and speed up the way they live. The other plots are fully sewn and ready for individual construction of the family house. The locality is located in Skalice, a quiet part of the town of Frýdku - A place with a pleasant village character that offers a combination of living in nature and very well accessible city. New communication leads to the floors, public lighting and optical internet are part of the project. The parcels are connected to the public water supply and sewage, and the selected parcels also to the rainwater. The great advantage of this stage is the choice: you can get the purchased parcel itself, a plot with already issued building permit, or wait for one of the three family houses that we plan to complete here next year and then offer for sale. The rock offers the necessary amenities - basic and maternity school, business, restaurant and cultural and sports activities. The advantage is also very good availability of Frýdku-Místka i Ostrava. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of Beskyd, the dam of Baska and Nuremica or the river Morávka. The residence near Vrba - JOH is an opportunity for those who are looking for plenty of space, a quiet environment and at the same time do not want to compromise in the availability or technical readiness of the land. The first stage showed that there is an interest in the well-prepared building plots in Skalice.
