There is a cottage on the property: bedroom, toilet, bathroom and living room with kitchen - ideal facilities for weekend stays or longer recreation. The property also includes a fully repaired trailer, which can be used as another accommodation capacity, workshop or warehouse. The whole area is surrounded by grown trees that offer privacy and shade, and is located in a quiet location near the surrounding fields and forests. The arrival on the property is secured on public unpaved roads. Suitable for fish farming, recreation, fishing or as an investment in quiet facilities outside the city.
