Building plot for sale land 990 m²

I offer for sale a plot of area 990 m² in an extremely quiet location near Krakovec Castle. According to the current zoning plan, the land is intended for housing and allows the construction of a family house of a rural character. A great advantage is already prepared technical background. There is a 20-metre deep water well, a 6 m and sup3 basin; and a power supply pillar. Access is provided on the gravel driveway. The land is located outside the historical protected location and outside the territory of the CHKO, which means less restrictions in the preparation of future construction than in a number of surrounding areas. The specific construction project must be addressed in accordance with the zoning plan and the relevant permits. The place offers a beautiful open view of the surrounding meadows and greenery, plenty of privacy and a pleasant rural atmosphere. The Kracovec Castle is nearby and the landscape is suitable for hiking, cycling and everyday relaxation in nature. The land is suitable for interested people who are looking for a quiet place for permanent housing or for building a rural house with a good degree of privacy and prepared basic facilities.
