There are 2 shared bathrooms (each with 3 showers), 4-5 toilets and 2 rooms with a private bathroom.
There is also a kitchen and a reception available.

The rental price is 120,000 CZK + VAT
+ 30,000 CZK complete fees, with further calculation.
The reservation fee / commission for the real estate agent is 1 month's rent plus VAT.

There is all the civic amenities in the area, countless shops, cafes and restaurants.
This is a prestigious location in the center of Prague.
