Currently, it is possible to use approximately 1.600 to 2.000 m² weaning areas, of which: * 400 m² consists of a currently reinforced hopper area of approximately 11 × 36 metres, the reinforced area can be increased to 1.200 m² * other about 1 600 m², the adjacent unpaved area, the driveway is separate and the driveway has an actual width of 3,17 metres and can be extended. According to the needs of the tenant it is possible to expand the reinforced part, fence the plot and bring the electrical connection from the adjacent area. The area is suitable for example for: parking of passenger cars and supplies, machinery, ships, trailers, construction and work equipment, material storage, construction, assembly or service company facilities, location of containers after verification of specific conditions, seasonal or long-term corporate use. The scope of any adjustments will be agreed according to the purpose and length of the lease. We prefer long-term tenants for at least 2-3 years of rental with possibility of extension.
