For maximum security, the entire area is monitored by a camera system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Within the complex are currently available separate garages and garages with private garden, so you can choose the option that best matches your needs. The garage is equipped with section garage doors with electric drive, electrical installations with two sockets, LED lighting and independent measurement of electricity consumption. The walls and the ceiling have a surface treatment of pepito and the floor forms a durable polished concrete. The entrance dimension is 2,62 × 2,13 m (width × height) and the interior dimensions of the garage are 2,77 × 5,55 × 2,25 m (width × length × height). The monthly rent is 2 730 Kč, including VAT, for which an advance on electricity of 50 Kč per month is paid. At this price, a private garden of area belongs to the garage 22 m².
