The space is especially suitable for service, repair of vehicles or other activities for which the equipment and parameters of the workshop can be used. The workshop has dimensions of approximately 5,7 × 11,5 m and ceiling height 4 m. Access is provided by two separate garage doors with dimensions of 3 × 2,8 m, which makes it easier to enter and handle vehicles. The equipment includes a functional two-column car jack. The space is heated by a central boiler and water is available. The facilities will also include a toilet, which is currently being built. The electricity is measured separately and paid by the lessee according to its own consumption. The workshop is located in the area of Míček carpentry, which is camera secured. The monthly rent is 15 000 Kč including water and heat. The lessee pays the electricity separately according to consumption. A security of 15 000 Kč and a remuneration of a real estate agent of 15 000 Kč are required when the lease is signed. The space is available immediately and preferred is long term rental.
