Apartment 2+1 for rent 90 m²

I offer for rent a spacious, partially furnished apartment 2+1, located on the 2nd floor of the family house directly on the square in the center of Belá pod Bezdez. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen with dining area, a living room and a large bedroom, which is finely divided by sliding blinds. This creates another separate space, currently used as a nursery. This solution offers pleasant privacy and the apartment can also suit the family with a child. There is a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Heating is provided by the electric boiler. A great advantage is the possibility of parking the car directly on the property behind the doors and also the possibility of using a smaller garden near the house. Location directly on the square offers all amenities in the immediate surroundings. On the ground floor of the house there is a bakery, opposite there is a dining room, food and city park. Other shops and services are in close proximity. White under Bezdez also has a regular bus connection towards Mladou Bleslav. Monthly rent is 14 500 Kč, water advance 600 Kč / person / month. Electricity and gas are transferred to tenants. Bail is 35.000,- Kč. The RK commission is 14.500 Kč.
