There are two beds in the room, closet, night tables, dining table with chairs. Each room has a smaller refrigerator with a freezer. Every cell has its own bathroom. The shower is separate from the toilet. The kitchen is also shared for other cells on the floor, equipped with lockers, sink and stove with oven. In the kitchen there is a washing machine for the mint. Custom appliances in rooms except cookers are allowed. Every cell has its own Internet connection. The price of monthly rent per person / bed is 4600,- Kč, the price includes all services and energy, i.e. water, heating, electricity, internet, cleaning and replacement of bedding. The offer is for students only. All amenities are in the immediate vicinity of shops with a wide variety of focus, Billa, bakery, pharmacy etc. The distance to tram No. 1 is 2 minutes' walk, the centre has a tram in about 8 minutes.
