Restaurant for rent 824 m²

We offer for rent a restaurant in a quiet and strategic location of the village Bitozeves. The premises are fully ready to start operations immediately, so you can start business without the need for further initial investment in gastro equipment. The restaurant itself has an indoor capacity of 50 seats and there is also a beautiful glass terrace, which will accommodate another 50 guests. The heart of the whole operation is a professionally and completely furnished kitchen, in which there is nothing essential for immediate cooking. This balanced space offers great facilities for day-to-day operation and family celebrations and corporate meetings. As regards rental conditions, we offer two possible options for cooperation. The first option is to rent the restaurant itself with a kitchen and terrace. The second, very attractive option is to rent the entire hotel complex, including the restaurant, which represents the ideal synergy of accommodation and gastronomic services for experienced operators. A separate hotel rental without a restaurant is not possible. As a great bonus there is a large social hall with a capacity of 80 people, which includes another terrace for 40 people. This hall can be rented on a one-off basis for specific events such as weddings, conferences or parties, which significantly increases your business opportunities. The rental price is the subject of a personal meeting and will be determined by agreement according to the chosen option. The advantage for attracting customers is the very surroundings of the village, which is the sought-after destination of tourists. The region offers a dense network of bike paths ideal for cyclists, there is a river of Ohře in close proximity, and there is a famous hop castle Stecník belonging to UNESCO, the historical town of Žatec or the archaeological skanzen Brejn near Loun.
