We offer a traditional Krusnomountain cottage in Bublava, which has preserved the character of the original wood construction, but has already undergone a substantial part of the preparatory work for its further reconstruction. The original wood floors on the ground floor were removed, the ground was selected and the surrounding parts were reinforced with concrete walls. The waterproofing was carried out using asphalt belts and the floor composition including floor heating distribution was prepared. There are new concrete floors in the part of the house. The solid fuel vent is preserved. On the ground floor is available veranda, kitchen connected with living space, bedroom, bathroom, workshop and wood storage. The bathroom is equipped with manifolds for bath and shower. The layout is now open and allows to adjust the layout of rooms according to their own needs. The extension with large glass was prepared as a summer kitchen or other social space with direct connection to the garden. The attic is in its original state.

There is a spacious living room with wooden floors, walls and a well-established roof construction. The intention of the current owners was to build two more living rooms here. The water source is a well with a depth of approximately 17 metres, which was cleaned in 2025. The waste water is now seduced into the pit. About three metres from the property border is prepared the route of pressure drainage. In the context of the planned construction of two houses in the lower part of the territory, the introduction of sewerage and tap from the German side is also envisaged. The property is, according to the owner's communication, prepared for future connection. The cottage is not finished properties for immediate removal.
