The apartment unit located on the 12 floor of the house is after a complete reconstruction which was mainly related to social facilities and distribution of electricity, floors, stucco, new kitchen... Plastic windows are installed throughout the apartment. Maybe even a glass ship. We could use two new elevators. Due to the location of the apartment, it is a beautiful view of the city and its surroundings. Civil amenities in the place is very good (PENNY, school, kindergarten, public transport, services. There is a large parking lot at the house to ensure normal parking. There is a quiet park area next to the house. In the event of interest, when the contract is signed, the total rent for the month in question must be 11.500 Kč, and the security of which one is refundable twice at the rate of the total rent.
