The direct owner is offering a beautiful sloping plot of 2135m with two cabins in the wild nature, yet just a short distance from Prague (20-30 minutes). The parking lot is about 80m away from the plot. These are original wooden cabins that have been continuously renovated in recent years. Each has its own registration number. It is possible to sell them separately.
One cabin is from the 1980s, featuring an entrance hall with a kitchen, a sitting area, two small bedrooms in the attic, and a newly built bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The kitchen preparation is already done, and we are currently working on it. The cabin also has two spacious covered terraces and a balcony in the attic accessible from both bedrooms. The cabin comes with its own plot of 1387m.
The second cabin is a romantic log cabin from 1936, with an entrance hall, a main sitting area, and an attic with a bedroom. In front of the cabin, there is a new spacious terrace of 5x7m at the tree canopy level, where you won't want to leave. The cabin comes with its own plot of 748m.
According to the land registry, the built-up area of each cabin is 28m.
Both cabins are connected to private electrical connections (400V), to the communal water supply, and to a new three-chamber septic tank and sand filter on their own plot. We need to shut off the water supply in winter as the pipeline is not below the frost line, but tanks could be installed and refilled when it's not freezing.
The plot is quite sloping, ideal for mountain and wilderness lovers, including terraced fields, own rocks, and a piece of forest. Two streams converge at the lower boundary, and on the opposite slope, there is a forest and rocks, prohibiting construction due to the terrain and the spatial plan. Thanks to the sunny southern slope at the top and the moist forest near the rocks and the stream, our plot has a large biodiversity. Beyond the fence, occasionally, mouflons, wild boars, deer, and other wildlife run.
There is NO direct car access to the plot, the access is from downhill along the local road about 80m away (easement). Parking is provided at a private parking lot above the cabins, with 2 shares of the parking lot included in the sale.
It's with a heavy heart that I part with the plot, it's truly a beautiful place, but there has been a change in my life situation. I had many plans for what to build there, I'd gladly pass on the ideas and continue to advise if there is interest (I am a construction project manager).
