Welcome to the newly completed residential building Rezidence Obora, created through a complete reconstruction of the original brick house. Here, I am pleased to offer two newly finished apartments for rent.

The monthly rent for the 1+kk apartment (No. 8) with a balcony is CZK 11,490. Monthly charges are CZK 3,342, including an electricity advance of CZK 1,250.

The monthly rent for the 2+kk apartment (No. 10) is CZK 14,490. Monthly charges are CZK 4,513, including an electricity advance of CZK 1,800.

The stated advances are set for one person and will be adjusted based on occupancy. All utilities and services are billed according to actual consumption; any overpayments are refunded.

The owner prefers a maximum of two occupants per apartment. If interested in a viewing, please email brief details such as the number of occupants and desired move-in date. I will then contact you by phone.

A refundable deposit and the agency commission each equal one month’s rent. Internet service is arranged by the tenant. Both apartments are available for immediate move-in.
