On behalf of the owner, I am offering for rent a spacious and fully equipped 3+kk apartment with a total area of 89.4 m², located on the 5th floor of an apartment building with an elevator on Pavla Švandy ze Semčic Street in Prague's Smíchov district. The tenant does not pay a commission to the real estate agency.
The apartment is available immediately.
The contract will be concluded for 1 year with the possibility of extension by mutual agreement.
